All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your jll96 Account and that has been used for at least one prior deposit, or that has been separately verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. jll96 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawals of Real Funds are processed subject to any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds held in the same Account. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, jll96 will use reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-disruption state using server-side records.
